The city hall ('Rathaus') is the City of Zwickau's representative building, not only thanks its new external splendour. With the residents' service on the ground floor, the city administration also has a contact point where many concerns can be dealt with. The 23 employees are available 45 hours per week, including Saturday, to help residents with advice and support.
