Arrival

With almost 100,000 inhabitants, Zwickau is the fourth largest city in the Free State of Saxony after Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz. Zwickau as a regional centre has a catchment area that is home to about 480,000 residents.

Zwickau is conveniently located between the motorways A 4 (Dresden-Eisenach-Frankfurt/M.) in the north and the A 72 (Chemnitz-Plauen-Hof) in the south. In the railway network, Zwickau is located on the "Saxony-Fraconia Magistrale" Chemnitz - Nuremberg.

The two major Saxon airports Dresden (130 km) and Leipzig (80 km) as well as the regional airport in Altenburg-Nobitz in Thuringia (35 km) can be reached within a short time.

Five motorhome pitches are available at the "Ubineum" (former Erlenbadareal, Uhdestr. 25). The vehicles can be charged at two charging points. The tariff is €1.00 per kWh. No parking fees are charged.
